CHECKIN 3:00PM / CHECKOUT 11:00AM: While official Check-in time is 3 PM, The earliest possible Check-in time at the Inn is 1 PM. Please be mindful of this. If you arrive in Chatham before 1 PM, feel free to park your car in our parking lot and explore the town. Checkout time is 11:00AM. During the offseason, feel free to ask for a later checkout time if you like and, if possible, we will accommodate your request. During the late Spring and Summer, when we are at our busiest, it is most likely that we will not be able to offer late checkout.

Liquor License: The Inn has a Liquor License, and we have wine and beer available for purchase in our Tavern. Having a liquor license means that it is illegal for guests to 'bring their own' alcoholic beverages into our common areas -- you may of course consume these in the privacy of your own room.

Smoking is prohibited inside the inn and on the front porch or on our patio. Smoking is permitted only on the sidewalks or parking lot.

Rooms 2, 3, 11 and 12 have mini-refrigerators. Other guest rooms do not. Please note that the local Health & Sanitary Code precludes us from storing any guest food or drink in our refrigerators.

We have a bike rack for guests, located at the back of the parking lot. Please note that the bike rack is not enclosed.
